Abstract:

The presenter will review the process and issues of data exchange and maintaining privacy and confidentiality of records with federal, state, and local agencies from the perspective of K-12 educational organizations. The landscape of data exchange partnerships and practices by state and local education agencies will be reviewed along with their implications for issues of privacy of records.
