The locations of multiple crimes can help to determine the likely home base of a serial criminal. A system is described which utilizes the locations to localize the likely home base of the perpetrator. Criminal profiles are used for linking a criminal to a crime as well as to determine posible future behavior. A possible criminal list can be scored to provide a ranked list for further investigation.
