Title: Parametric Bootstrapping in Microarray Experiments
Author(s): Susan P. Holmes*+
Companies: Stanford University
Address: Statistics-Sequoia Hall, Stanford, CA, 94305,
Keywords: parametric bootstrap ; microarray
Abstract:

We present a comparative study of several models for noise in microarray experiments, with comparison to actual data from two different microarray experiments. We use these simulations for a parametric bootstrap approach to calibration of p values in the choice of differentially expressed genes in microarray experiments.
