Abstract:	This paper studies estimation in proportional odds model with time-dependent covariates when the survival time is censored. A class of semiparametric estimators are derived based on weighted empirical odds function. We also introduce a modified maximum likelihood estimator which is easy to compute. Large sample properties of these estimators will be discussed. Finally, we apply the above methods to a real dataset.
