Abstract:

Several decades of research into regression diagnostics have resulted in a large array of methodologies and measures, leaving the practitioner with the sometimes formidable task of deciding on an investigative approach that is both appropriate and practical. The discussion will focus on the current status of regression diagnostics tools available in commercial software, with emphasis on applications in business and economics.
