Abstract:

This panel will present an update on the deliberations of the MSMESB conferences that have been held annually since 1986. The mission of the conference is to improve the teaching and practice of statistics in schools and business. The session chair will present a brief overview of recent conferences, and the other three panelists will discuss topics that reflect the themes of recent conferences. In particular, panelists will focus on their thoughts and experiences with more effectively engaging students in statistics.
