Abstract:

A motivational example of longitudinal data is used to build a disease model. The concept of generic modeling framework can be used to test the trial design and the analysis methods for various design scenarios. Simulation procedure and analysis of simulated data for this disease model using a Pharsight Trial Simulator will be demonstrated.
