Title: Neural Network Imputation: A New Fashion or a Good Tool

Abstract:

The neural network imputation techniques offer a tremendous speed advantage over other statistical imputation tools. The theoretical results about the use of neural network in missing data imputation are investigated in the linear case. Some methodologies for introducing weights to account for complex survey design structure are studied. Finally, an evaluation by comparison to standard statistical imputation procedures is performed.
