This session examines the implications of the Patriot Act of 2001 on the security of confidential data; from Sweden, interviewer effects, and improvements in data quality through embedded experiments; NCHS quality guidelines; systems that provide timely feedback on data quality; and differences in data quality by the language spoken within the household.
