Description

Topics include Rao-Cramer type inequalities for MSE of prediction, an empirical Bayes procedure to estimate the prevalence of rare traits, further theory on the distribution of the sample correlation coefficient and the Fisher transform, a new multivariate c-characteristic function, some results on the positivity of linear combinations of three order statistics as estimators of scale, and a new general estimating function that involves not only the parameters of interest but also some nuisance parameters.
