Description

Assessment of health status and health-related quality of life (HRQOL) is being incorporated into studies of treatment effects in clinical trials with increasing frequency. As a result, statisticians are being asked to collaborate in the design, conduct, analysis and reporting of these trials. This session addresses specific statistical issues in the appropriate use of HRQOL assessment.
