Discussant: 3:25 PM - George Milliken, Kansas State University
Floor Discussion 3:45 PM
Description

This session will demonstrate innovative approaches to the analysis of response profiles from longitudinal data such as (1) longitudinal multiple source outcomes obtained from multiple informants or raters, (2) longitudinal clinical trial data with subject dropout, (3) serial categorical data, and (4) serial responses that may be altered by event risks. The methods of analysis include likelihood-based mixed-effects models, a "arginalized transition model" and a joint model that examines the association between longitudinal responses and event risks.
