Description

Statisticians who have testified as expert witnesses, either as a private consultant or for their employer, will describe their experiences. Collectively, the speakers have testified in over one-hundred cases covering a broad range of topics such as employment discrimination, paternity, rape, murder, robbery, commercial disputes, census adjustment, sampling, scientific misconduct, and pharmacutical study results.
