Description

Quality of life (QOL) is one of the terms that we all understand but for which adequate definitions do not exist. As quality of life data are being increasingly used as primary and secondary endpoints in epidemiological, environmental and clinical research it is important that researchers are aware of the methodological issues related to assessment and analysis of such data and are well equipped with statistical tools for analysis. Utilizing data form epidemiological, environmental and clinical paradigms the speakers of this session will address these issues and statistical approaches to cope with them.
