Abstract:

We will discuss technologies and approaches for creating and delivering "statistical content'' to diverse audiences (e.g., other statisticians, scientists, managers, institutions). The focus is on how statistical software can be integrated with documentation and reporting tools. Statistical content includes traditional reports, journal articles, Web pages, interactive end-user/reader applications, etc. Technologies include, for example, XML and XSL, Web browsers and servers, spreadsheets, databases, and graphical user interfaces.
