Abstract:

In this presentation, we propose a new Bayesian method for dealing with missing coviariates. The proposed method allows for the natural incorporation of missing data mechanisms, incorporates covariate structure, and does not make any assumption on the observed covariates. In the normal covariate case, we extend this method with an asymptotic approximation, which allows for fast and accurate posterior inferences. In addition, in the normal covariate case we use this method to perform Bayesian Model Averaging.
