Abstract - #300812
Title: Have You Done Enough to Disclosure-Proof Your Public Use File?
Author(s): Laura Zayatz*+
Affiliation(s): U.S. Census Bureau
Address: Room 3209-4, Washington, District of Columbia, 20233,
Keywords: public use file ; disclosure
Abstract:

Disclosure-proofing a public use data file is critical but often difficult to do. This luncheon will address questions that commonly arise during disclosure proofing and the associated review process. For example, how should you decide on the level of geography to be identified? Can you measure the risk of releasing a file? Should we hire data intruders to identify potential disclosure problems? Is a formal review board necessary?
