Abstract:

The paper discusses a variety of objective priors to address problems in Bayesian Bioassay. A general formulation will be used, and details will be provided for slope-ratio and parallel-line assays. Numerical results will also be provided. It will be argued that the one-at-a-time reference prior of Berger and Bernardo meets several criteria for selection of objective priors and is particularly well-suited for this general problem.
