Abstract:

Improving quality has been the topic of two recent conferences (Stockholm, May 2001 and Ottawa, October 2001) that each attracted hundreds of participants. The discussion will be an opportunity to exchange ideas for new methods. In particular, we should discuss the differences in information needed to document quality and to improve quality.
