Abstract:

Much has been written about Six Sigma Black Belts and the training they need to receive. However, there seems to be little concensus on exactly what their job is and what skills they need to possess. At this roundtable we will try to reach concensus on what Black Belts actually do, and the skills they need for this role. This should go a long way to determining the training they need to receive.
