The speaker was responsible for many of the graphics that accompanied the analysis of the Times's recount of the Florida presidential ballots, as well as planning and producing graphics for the release of 2000 Census data. The year before, he redesigned The Times's weather page to incorporate color, as well as more graphical presentations of weather data.
