Title: Spatiotemporal Statistical Inverse Problem with an Application in Medical Imaging

Keywords: optimization ; high-dimensional data
Abstract:

A Markov random field based estimator for denoising massive data sets with a high temporal resolution (5ms) is investigated. For this, a convex but high-dimensional and non-differentiable optimization problem must be solved; a block coordinate relaxation algorithm is developed of which we can prove convergence.
