Abstract:

Correspondence analysis is a technique for graphical representation of cross classified data. Using SAS software we illustrate this technique on some real life biological data sets. Some new ways of performing correspondence analysis using C. R. Rao's Hellinger distance method and utilization of Andrews plots will also be discussed. (Joint work with: D. N. Naik).
