Abstract:

Tree analyses offer an attractive way to visualize relationships between variables and to communicate findings to non-specialists. We have developed a software program for addressing classification problems called KLIMT, which has close links with R and is written in Java for reasons of portability. In this demonstration, we will show the interactive features of the program in applications to real data sets, illustrating in particular how to work with multiple trees.
