Abstract:

Business surveys are designed using imperfect frames. Some of these imperfections include improper classification of the businesses (size, indusry, region), duplication, time lags between the appearance of a business on the frame, and its physical startup. The subject of the roundtable discussion will be here to discuss sampling and estimation procedures for countering these negative impacts.
