Description

Unifypow is a freeware base-SAS module/macro that affords flexible sample size analyses over an extensive set of methods. The workshop covers general principles and pragmatics by concentrating on selected examples outlined in the Unifypow notebook provided. Attention focuses on obtaining adequate power for typical ( frequentist) hypothesis testing methods, including one-sided test for equivalence. We will also show that although the inference method may be frequentist, using elementary Bayesian constructs can sharpen and simplify the sample- size considerations.
