Description

The annual Roger Herriott Award for Innovation in Federal Statistics is awarded by the Government and Social Statistics Sections and the Washington Statistical Society to recognize individuals who develop unique solutions to statistical problems in federal data collection. It commemmorates the special qualities of Roger's career: dedication to issues of measurement, efficiency of data collection programs, and improved use of statistical data for policy analysis. Announcement and presentation of the award will be followed by a reception.
