Description

Coordinated research has been conducted on the error properties of the Accuracy and Coverage Evaluation survey that is being used to assess the coverage properties of Census 2000. Papers in this session examine alternative dual system estimators for the ACE, the properties of estimation procedures for the ACE, including poststratification and multiplicity estimation, coverage properties of the ACE itself, and the properties of the ACE synthetic small area estimates.
