Description

In machine learning, there is much interest in methods like bagging (bootstrap aggregation) and boosting for combining models, model search methods and the idea that models themselves be treated as objects (or data). The goal of this session is to focus on this rapidly developing area, drawing from both conventional statistical research and more recent developments from machine learning.
