Description

The papers in this session encompass different aspects of Data Integration, ranging from collection and merging of data to analysis tools and methods for statistically combining data. Associated practical and theoretical considerations are directly related to the 2001 JSM theme, "Statistical Science for the Information Age," particularly the growing reliance on utilization of multiple data and information sources for addressing complicated issues.
