Study on Crisis Intervention Skills Training and Weakness of Core Competence of Mental Health Service Personnel in Shanghai (307860)

Objective:The study aims to implement crisis intervention skills training and evaluation to mental health service personnel of Shanghai psychological crisis intervention demonstration site. Methods:The learners conduct crisis intervention to the client as a consultant through role-play. The online log data recorded explain 118 learners who they are and why they can represent the employee of suicide secondary prevention, were used for sequential pattern mining, and the activity map is used to visually analyze the learning paths of different learning performances learners. Results:According to different level performance, learner behaviors fall into three categories: the high-performance learners indicated the most diverse learning paths, the middle-performance shown poor learning path integrity and the low-performing didn’t have complete learning path. Several specific knowledge points, such as the safety-confirming, are the reasons for different learning performance levels and also the key knowledge point affect the effectiveness of crisis intervention counseling. Conclusion:Diversified crisis intervention strategies are conducive to the smooth progress of consultation process. Specific remedial steps should be developed according to different learners, so as to improve the public mental health by means of construction of suicide secondary prevention in Shanghai.
