The first International Conference on Establishment Surveys produced Business Survey Methods (Cox et al., 1995, Wiley), a flagship publication. ICES VI will feature an edited volume, providing a comprehensive overview of the status of research and developments in the field of establishment statistics at every stage of the survey lifecycle.
We encourage authors of conference papers to submit their manuscripts for consideration and include them in the conference proceedings. Please indicate your interest when submitting your abstract for consideration. Presenters may also be contacted by members of the publications committee and invited to consider publication of their paper.
Although additional work is usually required to meet the standards of an edited volume, there are clear advantages to publishing, including the following:
- More space for setting context and development of ideas
- Peer review
- A wider readership across the survey methodology community
More information about the submission and review process, along with key dates, is forthcoming.
