Whether you work at a CRO, with CROs from the Sponsor side, or with other departments internal to your organization, you are likely involved in some sort of “client/provider” relationship. Tensions often exist to a greater or lesser extent between organizations and even between units (eg, biostatistics, programming, data management, and clinical) within an organization. Many of these tensions can be reduced or avoided by appropriate planning and communication. This roundtable will consider strategies for optimizing the client/provider relationship.
