The goal of this poster presentation is to provide statisticians, data analysts, researchers, and scientists with a set of simple tools in presenting statistical results to non-statisticians. Communicating statistical information to those with less familiarity with statistics can be a daunting task. But when it comes to conveying results, we must make sure there is no room for misunderstanding or alteration of messages to our stakeholders. I demonstrate 5 practical tips for presenting statistical results to nonstatisticians, which focus on knowing your audience, using visuals, making room for all questions, keeping it simple, and making a connection.
