The Laboratory for Interdisciplinary Statistical Analysis (LISA) 2020 Network is creating and bringing together statistical collaboration laboratories at universities in multiple developing countries, from Brazil to India to Nigeria. Each lab is making their own unique contribution to local and national research, education, government, and business. Working with a diverse group of international statistical collaborators and stakeholders, each with unique capabilities and circumstances, requires flexible and adaptive management approaches.
