Integrating Text Analytics with Traditional Structured Analytics (303475)

Applications of text analytics increase daily as analysts develop and explore new techniques for analyzing unstructured data. Integrating text analytics with traditional analyses of structured data is an important area of increasing interest. Analysts are now able to explore not only what people say, but also what they think and feel. This paper describes these techniques and presents examples of their use in quality assurance, marketing, and politics.
