Statistics and Lean+/Six Sigma at Boeing

In this presentation, I will discuss how process improvement is applied at the Boeing Company. Process improvement philosophy at Baoing not only uses Lean and Six Sigma, but also 8 other disciplines and is called Lean+. I will also discuss the relationship of the process improvement community with the statistical community within the company and discuss how statistics and data analysis are integral part of this effort.
