Multiplicity problems are very common in Neuroscience late phase clinical trials. This talk will provide some examples of applying various multiple testing procedures (including graphical approach) in neuroscience late phase clinical trials. The ideas behind these applications can be easily extended to other therapeutic areas. When deciding on the multiple testing strategy, study team's inputs and simulation are critical.
