This roundtable will provide a forum to discuss different types of biomarker based adaptive trial designs with emphasis on strengths and weaknesses of different designs. Discussants will be encouraged to share their perspectives on how different designs stand to advance precision medicine for better personalizing treatments, and share examples/case studies if known.
