Conducting Clinical trials has become more and more costly and time consuming. In addition patients are reluctant to being exposed to a placebo as their hope is to be randomized to the "new" treatment. So what if we could borrow part of the placebo group information from previous trials or from other sponsors databases in the same indication ? The objective of this roundtable is to share examples and discuss innovative ways to repurpose the existing placebo information in a given indication.
