Estimates of Exposure-Response Relationship of Biomarkers Using Spline from Cox Proportional Hazard Regression Model (303605)

The exposure-repose relationship of clinical event and on treatment biomarker was evaluated as a spline-smoothed function of time-varying biomarker using a Cox proportional hazard model with spline-smoothed biomarker as spline-smoothed covariate. The hazards were estimated from the Cox model by spline-smoothed spline-smoothed biomarker. Hazard ratio (95% CI) as referenced to baseline distribution of the biomarker were estimated.
