Bayesian methods and innovative designs improve decision-making throughout clinical drug development. Particularly, formally incorporating the totality of information via Bayesian modeling improves the probability of success of trials and reduces the cost and time of drug development programs. This presentation will describe the sources of information, how to incorporate it in Bayesian models, and provide examples of its use to design clinical trials and make important decisions within a drug development pipeline.
