There has been increasing interest in adopting master protocols to expedite clinical development programs. With proper upfront planning, statistical, operational and financial efficiencies could potentially be gained through umbrella, basket or platform trial design with master protocols. In this presentation, we will provide several case studies where master protocols can be utilized and discuss various aspects of design elements to ensure successful implementation of trials with master protocols.
