Keywords: data visualization platform, Google apps, survey, statistics, supervision

Conducting a telephone survey requires an effective control of both the interviewers and the answers, in order to ensure the quality of the data collected. Google applications allow this. It is presented the extent of these applications in the supervision of a survey, emphasizing the execution and the administration of the information: data collection and storage, statistics of both general and specific performance of the interviewers, descriptive analysis of the answers, among others. The application of the National Corruption Prevention Survey of 2017 (ENPC - 2017) made by the Accountability Office of the Government of Costa Rica, is presented. The ENPC - 2017 consulted three population types employing two questionnaires for citizens, one questionnaire for public workers, and one questionnaire for the public sector providers. The entire administration and monitoring of the ENPC – 2017 was centralized with Google Sites: interviewers' access to telephone numbers and questionnaires, answer sheets, descriptive statistics of the answers, and the interviewers' performance. The whole process was conducted online with immediate analysis responses.
