Abstract

George Cobb made many profound contributions to statistics and statistics education. He inspired many statisticians, teachers, and students. This presentation will recall and highlight George’s contributions with regard to innovative curriculum and pedagogy for teaching statistics to undergraduates, including the interplay among statistics, mathematics, computing, and data science.
