Abstract

Community colleges enroll about one-third of all higher education students in the US, students who are often from the most vulnerable and under-resourced populations. This talk will focus on the challenges of meeting student needs, establishing community, and designing engaging instruction during this time of pandemic. The focus will be on the need to "humanize" remote/online learning and strategies to do so.
