Abstract:
|
In this talk, I will discuss a robust technique for jointly analyzing longitudinal binary and count responses. The robust method developed in the framework of the generalized linear mixed model is designed to provide protections against potential outliers in the response variables and covariates. The finite-sample properties of the robust estimators will be discussed using Monte Carlo simulations. An application will be presented using actual longitudinal data from a health survey.
