Most nontrivial decisions involve consideration of multiple objectives. Having strategies to balance multiple objectives and build consensus for different user priorities will often yield better decisions. This roundtable will discuss tools and strategies to eliminate non-contending solutions and evaluate trade-offs between objectives and robustness to different priorities. Come share your experiences and learn from others about approaches to make and justify good decisions.
