Abstract

It is an understatement to say that the emergence of electronic health record data will have major impacts on the way that statisticians and statistical analysts will perform research now and in the future. This roundtable will be geared towards statisticians who are making the transition into this arena. Much of the roundtable will focus on practical issues that a statistician needs to be aware of, including but not limited to, data quality, data models, and computing.
