Data Science has emerged as a new discipline. Industries feel the need for Data Science and are getting benefit out of it. Many universities have developed Data Science programs to produce skills for this new demand. In this talk we present the challenges of developing a sustainable Data Science program in a university. We share our experiences and outcomes, some of which have not been anticipated.
